All About Weight Lifting Shoes!

In this video I am discussing the benefits of weight lifting shoes and what they really do.





 Weight lifting shoes are not a necesssity but they can be useful in keeping your torso in an upright position when doing olympic lifts. If you lack ankle moblity weightlifting shoes can also help until your ankle mobility increases.
