I went to the Europa Fitness Games. There was so many different events going on at the games. I also did an air squat challenge and a pull up contest to win big tubs of protein and intra workout. I also got bags of free samples! It was a lot of fun! Watch the video to check out a little of everything that went on at this event!

My First Bikini Show Recap!
Hey everyone,
Going through prep for a bikini competition is a long process that can be out of your comfort zone.
