Training for a 5k

I am training for a 5k that involves obstacles. It includes mud, hurdles, sand, crawls, slip and slide and more. It seems like a lot of fun. My training includes:

Run 3 miles for 3 days
cross train- 30 minutes
One day-Run 4 miles/wrestling practice
One day Yoga/ walk 3 miles
Run 4 miles for 3 days

I am going to continue this process increasing my mileage for one month until race time. I also have been slacklining. Check out my video.
